First select the 'settings' icon.
The next step would be to select 'Mail, Contacts and Calendars'
Next click 'Add Account'
The next screen will give you various email options. Please choose the 'other' option
Now select 'Add Mail Account'
Enter your name, full email address, password and a description of your mailbox e.g. Work email.
The next screen gives the option of IMAP or POP. The most common option here is IMAP as this will keep your emails on the server so you can still view them from your webmail/PC.
Incoming mail server: 'Host Name' will be 'mail.' then your domain name. e.g. mail.example.com
Your 'User Name' will be your FULL email address.
In the outgoing mail settings, for professional hosting accounts, the SMTP User Name will be your domain name e.g. example.com and your password is your SMTP password.
Selecting 'Save' will then add your account and its now set up to use.
