The account management page is crucial for maintaining your account. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the features provided within.
Accessing the AMP
You can access your A.M.P. by visiting the 34SP.com homepage (www.34sp.com). At the top right of the screen you will see Account login.
Clicking the button, will take you to the login page where you can log in or request your password.
Enter your username and password into the relevant fields and press login.
Making Payments
Any payments you need to make, such as renewing your hosting account, renewing your domain registration, excess bandwidth fee, will be shown here.
If there are any outstanding payments for you to settle you will see a simple description of the charge and the associated cost. You simply need to select the Pay button to be taken to the payment page where you can enter your credit/debit card details securely to settle the fee.
Site of the day
On our homepage (http://www.34sp.com) we display a random site of the day, each day of the week. These sites are randomly selected from our database of consenting users.
To add your site to this database is very simple. From your A.M.P. simply click "services", then press the "more" button next to the domain you wish to add to the site of the day listing. Then simply scroll down to the site of the day box. Enter a short description of your site and please refrain from swear words, sexually graphic wording or similarly distasteful commentary. Once you hit Submit Description your site will be added to the site of the day database and will be available for the daily random showing.
Keeping your registered email up to date
Keeping your contact email address up to date is crucial. If you do not do this we cannot inform you of major planned downtime, major account upgrades or anything else associated with your 34SP.com account.
We will not try to contact you by other means if this address is not kept up to date - as many of our informational emails are automated and sent to all registered email addresses, it would be impossible for us to chase up individual users who have not properly configured their contact address.
Keeping up to date however is a simple task. Click on the view account details button, and change your email address. Then when you have entered your current address, click the update button.
