Please note that a transfer away of your domain name is not essential to use your domain with a new host. If you wish to use your domain with a new hosting provider a nameserver update will suffice and is free. If you would like advice on this please let me know.
You may only transfer your domain name away provided:
1 - it has not expired.
2 - it has been registered for more than 60 days.
3 - a previous transfer away has not already been started.
To begin a transfer away from 34SP.com you must first login to your account management page, located at:
https://www.34sp.com/login
Here you should enter your registered email address and account password in the fields provided. Your registered email address is the email address you select when you purchased the account.
Once the account management page has loaded expand 'Products list' from the right hand menu. You then need to click the domains link. You should then click on the 'more' button next to the domain name you intend to transfer to your new domain name registrar.
At the bottom of this page you should see a 'Transfer Away' form. You should complete the form with the details required and press 'submit'.
Once completed we will unlock your domain as required and update your IPS tag if necessary. We will only approve release requests from the registrar you specifically state.
