Every 34SP.com account comes ready with a web based tool for you to send and receive your mail - regardless of what machine you are using to connect to the Internet with. It also comes with ten mailboxes as standard.
Creating a new email address
Once you are logged in to siteadmin, as outlined in this tutorial, select the mail option. You will be taken to the email control panel.

Firstly you need to choose a new mailname. The mailname you choose will become part of the email address you are about to create. For example:
If your domain is called mydomain.com and you create the mailname me, you will end up with the new email address me@mydomain.com.
You need to click Add New Mail Name. Next you need to enter your chosen name in the box marked "Mail name". You also need to check the mailbox option, so the system knows you want this mail name to be used as an email address. You then need to enter a suitable password for your new email address and enter it again in the next field to confirm.

Once you have done all this select OK from the bottom of the screen. Your mailname will be set up as a new POP3 email address. You can then retrieve this via a POP3 client such as Microsoft Outlook Express / Outlook / Pegasus Mail etc. or online via your Webmail account with us.

You will be taken to the mailname control, where any changes can be made.

Creating a new email fowarder
Follow the procedure above, but deselect the "Mailbox" option. Once you are in the mailname control area. Click the Redirect button and enter the address you wish the forwarder to redirect to in the box, then click OK.

Removing a catchall email address
Although a catch all email address will allow emails that are sent to invalid email addresses to be delivered, it will also mean that you will receive a lot more spam than if it is disabled. We strongly recommend the use of 'mail reject' over the catchall or bounce option for your mailboxes. This feature will reject any email (to a domain in your control) that does not have a specified mailbox.
This option helps to lower server mail queues, and stop you from receiving unwanted emails.
If you do find that you do receive email to an address that is constantly mis-typed, then we would suggest creating an alias so that the incorrectly typed address would be delivered correctly.
To disable the catch all for your domain, once logged in to siteadmin, you need to click your domain, click the Mail, then click the preferences option.
You should then select the reject option. Once you have done this, select OK from the bottom of the screen and the catch all will be disabled.

Click the Add New Autoresponder button.

The Autoresponder name field should be a unique name for each autoresponder you create. The Re: simply makes the subject of the responder to be "Re: ".
The Reply with text field is where you can add whatever text you'd like the responder to reply with.
The Reply to the unique e-mail address not more than field, should ideally be left at the default value of 10 (or set to another low number), and the Store up to field should be ideally be left at 100, this is to ensure that an 'autoresponder war' does not occur. (If the address you are replying to also has an autoresponder, the first setting will only reply up to 10 times each day to each unique email address).
