Business and plus hosting come with SMTP support as standard. SMTP support is an optional extra on both personal and reseller hosting accounts.
If you require SMTP for personal or reseller hosting you can do one of the following four things:
1 - Upgrade your account with the relevant SMTP feature.
2 - Use the webmail facility we provide with your account (webmail.yoursitename).
3 – Upgrade to a business hosting account or 34SPlus account – these both come with SMTP as standard (http://www.34sp.com/hosting).
4 - Use the SMTP server provided by your ISP.
