To administer your account 34SP.com provides you with a simple and intuitive web based control panel. From this control panel you can set up your email accounts, change your details, provide other users with sites and much more. All this is explained within this section.

2.1 Accessing siteadmin

To access siteadmin you need to visit: yourdomainname.ext/siteadmin
(Please replace .ext with .com /.co.uk /.net etc)
For example:
example.com/siteadmin

You will be redirected to a page with a 34SP.com logo (top left). This is a secure page that you should enter your username and password into. You will then be able to log into your control panel.

On Plesk 7 servers, once logged in you must select which domain you wish to administer from the list.

On Plesk 8 servers, once logged in you must Home then you can select which domain you wish to administer from the list.

Note:
You should always use the logout button in the left of your control panel screen when you are finished using your control panel. If you simply close your browser the system does not know you have left and will not allow you to log in for up to 15 minutes.

2.2 Changing Your FTP password

Changing your FTP password is very simple. Select your domain name, then click the setup option. You then simply need to change two fields - FTP password and confirm FTP password. Once you have entered and confirmed your new password select update from the bottom of the screen and your changes will be made.

2.4 Troubleshooting

Q: I have definitely used the correct username and password for my account but I still receive an "Incorrect login" error message.

A: If you have a previous account with 34SP.com that has been created on the same server, you will need to log in using that account's username/password. Once logged in you will see all your domains on that server for you to administer.

The reason for this is that the Plesk system stores information based on clients. Each client has one unique log in for each server. This is taken to be your first account created on that server.

Q: I am receiving the error message "Unable to set up session. There is another session with this name".

A: When you have finished using your control panel you need to use the log out option from the top right of the screen. If you do not select this option the system will still think you are logged in. It will wait 15 minutes before auto logging you out whereupon you can log in once again.
