To access your webstats simply type:
http://www.yourdomainname.com/webstat
Please replace www.yourdomainname.com with your actual domain name.
You will need to have your webstat username/password in order to login and view the stats.
Please note that updating the siteadmin/ftp passwords do not update the webstat password.

Webalizer is a third party product. They have the following website which explains how to use and understand the legends used:
